CCI Eco-Strip Part “A” is a water-soluble screen wash formulated to break down plastisol, UV, and water-based inks while effectively removing haze and ghost images from mesh.
Designed for versatility, it can be used on its own as a powerful ink degradent or combined with Eco-Strip Part “B” to create a 2-in-1 ink and emulsion removal system.
This non-hazardous, low-odor formula delivers strong cleaning performance while remaining safe on all types of mesh. Built for both manual and automated reclaiming processes, Eco-Strip Part “A” supports efficient workflows and consistent results in production environments.

Usage Tips

- Apply directly to the screen after ink removal and allow dwell time for best breakdown
- Agitate lightly with a brush or pad to help lift ink and haze from the mesh
- Rinse thoroughly with pressure washer after chemical has worked
- For full reclaim, pair with Eco-Strip Part “B” or ""C" to remove emulsion
- Avoid letting the product dry on screens to prevent residue
- Adjust dwell time based on ink type and buildup level
