- Use AccuInk with compatible inkjet film designed for screen printing film-positive output.
- For best system compatibility, pair AccuInk with Chromaline AccuJet or AccuBlack film.
- Install the appropriate AccuInk cartridges into the Epson 1430 according to the printer and AccuInk instructions.
- When converting the Epson 1430 to an All Black configuration, install black AccuInk cartridges into all six compatible ink channels.
- Use compatible RIP software when necessary to control multiple ink channels and optimize film-positive output.
- Adjust ink density through the RIP software to achieve the desired opacity without unnecessarily over-inking the film.
- Allow printed films to dry completely before placing them against coated screens for exposure.
- Store cartridges according to Chromaline's recommended storage conditions.
- AccuInk is not freeze/thaw stable. Protect the ink from freezing during storage and transportation.
- Avoid shipping or exposing AccuInk to freezing temperatures.
- Perform routine printer maintenance to help maintain consistent nozzle performance and film-positive quality.
- Always follow Chromaline and Epson instructions for proper printer operation and maintenance.
