Chromaline AccuInk Black Ink For Epson P400
UV-blocking, dye-based black ink cartridge set engineered for the Epson SureColor P400 to produce dense, high-quality film positives for screen printing stencil exposure.
Characteristics
Chromaline AccuInk Black Ink for Epson P400 – 8 Cartridge All Black Set is a professional inkjet ink system specifically formulated for producing high-density film positives used in screen printing stencil making.
AccuInk uses a dye/water-based formulation engineered with UV-blocking technology. This combination helps produce deep, opaque black images that effectively block UV light during screen exposure while using less ink than conventional OEM ink configurations.
The Epson P400 version is supplied as an All Black Set containing eight 14 mL cartridges. Loading all eight printer channels with black AccuInk allows compatible RIP software to utilize multiple ink channels when producing film separations, helping maximize image density and create consistent film positives.
The added UV blocker helps improve stencil exposure performance and makes image areas easier to wash out after exposure. This is particularly valuable when producing detailed artwork, halftones, fine lines, text, and other screen printing separations where film density and image definition are critical.
AccuInk is an excellent match for Chromaline AccuJet and AccuBlack inkjet films. Using the ink and film together provides a complete film-output system engineered specifically for professional screen making.
For optimized output, Chromaline recommends using compatible RIP software such as FilmMaker. RIP software can control ink deposition and utilize multiple printer channels, allowing screen printers to achieve higher-density positives and more precise film separations than standard printer drivers typically provide.
AccuInk is manufactured in the USA and designed specifically for screen printers who need reliable, high-density black film output for stencil exposure.
