The Basic Mesh 92/90 White 55" is a high-quality woven polyester screen printing mesh designed to deliver reliable print consistency, excellent dimensional stability, and long service life. Manufactured from precision monofilament polyester, this mesh provides uniform thread diameter and consistent mesh openings, producing dependable ink transfer and repeatable print quality for both manual and automatic screen printing operations.
Featuring a 92 threads/cm (approximately 230 threads/inch) mesh count with a 90-micron thread diameter, this mesh offers an excellent balance between image detail and ink deposit. It is ideal for fine detail textile printing, halftones, process printing, specialty inks, UV inks, water-based inks, plastisol inks, and graphic printing applications where accurate stencil reproduction is essential.
