Basic Mesh P110/80 White 62" is a high-quality woven polyester screen printing mesh engineered to provide dependable print performance for commercial, industrial, and textile screen printing applications. Manufactured using precision monofilament polyester yarns, this mesh delivers consistent thread diameter, excellent dimensional stability, and uniform tension characteristics to produce reliable print results from screen to screen.
With a 110 threads/cm (280 threads/in.) mesh count and 80-micron thread diameter, this mesh offers an excellent balance between image detail and ink deposit. It is well suited for printing fine text, halftones, line art, process graphics, and detailed textile designs while maintaining efficient ink transfer and sharp edge definition.
The white mesh construction provides excellent durability and is commonly selected for general-purpose printing applications where high stencil quality and long screen life are priorities. Its precision weave promotes even emulsion coating, consistent stencil thickness, and predictable exposure characteristics, helping improve print repeatability throughout production.
Supplied in a 62-inch (157 cm) roll width, Basic Mesh P110/80 is suitable for stretching new screens, remeshing aluminum and wood frames, and supporting both manual and automatic screen printing operations.
