The Basic Mesh P156/64 Yellow – 83" is a premium monofilament polyester screen printing mesh engineered to deliver dependable print quality, precise image reproduction, and long-lasting durability. Woven with 156 threads per inch (64 threads per centimeter), this mesh provides an excellent balance of ink flow and detail, making it a versatile choice for textile decorators, graphic printers, and industrial screen printing applications.
Manufactured from high-strength polyester monofilament yarn, the mesh offers excellent dimensional stability and tension retention, helping maintain accurate registration throughout long production runs. The durable construction withstands repeated reclaiming, stretching, and exposure to common screen printing chemicals while delivering reliable performance over the life of the screen.
The yellow mesh reduces light scattering during exposure, resulting in sharper stencil edges, improved fine-line definition, and better halftone reproduction compared to white mesh.
