CCI LHR + Plus Stain Remover is a professional semi-viscous ghost and image stain remover formulated for aggressive screen reclamation. Designed for use with all ink systems, LHR+Plus quickly attacks stubborn stains and residual images left behind in screen mesh after normal ink and stencil removal.
The fast-acting formula is designed to remove stains within seconds and should not remain on the screen for more than 3 minutes. Its semi-viscous consistency provides effective contact with the mesh while offering strong cleaning performance for difficult and deeply embedded image stains.
LHR+Plus combines aggressive stain-removing performance with a lower-odor, low-VOC formulation. Its high load capacity helps reduce chemical usage, while its proprietary mesh protector helps protect screen mesh during the stain-removal process when the product is used according to CCI's instructions.
The formula is biodegradable, drain safe when used as directed, non-flammable, and mesh safe. LHR+Plus is especially useful for production screen rooms that regularly reclaim screens with multiple or deeply embedded ghost images.
For maximum cleaning performance, CCI recommends using a high-pressure washer after application. Proper rinsing before pressure washing also helps minimize chemical blowback and atomization during the reclaiming process.

- Wet the screen before applying LHR+Plus.
- Apply LHR+Plus to both sides of the wet screen.
- Scrub both sides of the screen using a non-abrasive pad or brush.
- Allow the product to work on the mesh for up to 3 minutes.
- Do not allow LHR+Plus to remain on the screen for longer than 3 minutes.
- Flood-rinse the screen with normal hose pressure before using a pressure washer. This helps remove excess chemical and reduces atomization and blowback.
- High-pressure rinse the screen thoroughly, working from the bottom upward.
- CCI recommends high-pressure washing for maximum stain-removal performance.
- Thoroughly rinse all chemical residue from the mesh before drying or returning the screen to production.
