The PMI #380 Dual-Tack Pallet Tape – 18" x 36 yd is an innovative double-sided adhesive pallet tape designed to replace traditional pallet adhesives while improving garment hold and simplifying pallet maintenance. Engineered for both manual and automatic screen printing presses, the tape features adhesive on both sides—one side securely bonds to the pallet while the opposite side firmly holds garments in place throughout the printing process.
Unlike conventional spray tack or water-based pallet adhesives, PMI #380 eliminates overspray, sticky residue, and time-consuming pallet cleanup. When the adhesive surface begins to collect lint, it can be quickly refreshed by wiping it with a damp sponge, extending the usable life of the tape and reducing consumable costs. This reactivatable adhesive system helps shops maintain consistent garment registration while minimizing downtime between production runs.
The standard #380 formulation is ideal for shops printing primarily on cotton garments, offering dependable garment retention without excessive tack. The tape removes cleanly from pallets without leaving adhesive residue, helping protect platen surfaces while making pallet changes fast and efficient. It is an excellent solution for screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, sampling, and short- or long-run production.

- Trim the tape flush with the pallet edges to prevent lifting during production.
- Remove the protective liner only after the tape has been firmly applied to the pallet.
- When lint reduces the surface tack, wipe the adhesive with a damp sponge to reactivate its holding power.
- Replace the tape once it no longer provides sufficient garment adhesion or becomes excessively contaminated with lint.
- For primarily cotton garments, the standard #380 formulation provides excellent performance. For polyester, fleece, or heavier garments, consider PMI #382 High-Tack Dual-Tack Pallet Tape.
