The Basic Mesh 110/80 Yellow – 62" is a high-quality woven polyester screen printing mesh engineered to deliver consistent print performance across a wide range of manual and automatic printing applications. Manufactured with precision monofilament polyester yarns, this mesh provides excellent dimensional stability, reliable tension retention, and long service life for professional screen printing operations.
With a 110 threads/cm (280 threads/in.) mesh count and 80-micron thread diameter, this mesh offers an excellent balance between fine detail reproduction and controlled ink transfer. It is well suited for printing fine text, halftones, process graphics, specialty inks, and high-detail textile designs where sharp image quality and stencil durability are required.
The yellow mesh color minimizes light scatter during exposure, helping produce sharper stencil edges, improved detail resolution, and more accurate exposure results compared to white mesh.
