The Basic Mesh 137/64 Yellow 62" is a premium monofilament polyester screen printing mesh engineered to provide exceptional print consistency, precise image reproduction, and long service life. Woven to a 137 threads/cm (approximately 355 threads/in.) mesh count with a 64-micron thread diameter, this mesh delivers an excellent balance of stencil resolution, ink control, and durability for demanding screen printing applications.
The yellow mesh color reduces light scatter during exposure, producing sharper stencil edges and improved image definition compared to white mesh. This makes it an excellent choice for fine text, halftones, process printing, and intricate graphic work where crisp detail and accurate registration are critical.
Manufactured from high-quality polyester monofilament yarn, Basic Mesh offers excellent dimensional stability, consistent tension retention, and outstanding resistance to stretching and reclaiming chemicals. The uniform weave promotes even emulsion coating while allowing reliable ink transfer for repeatable print quality throughout production.
With a 62-inch width, this mesh is ideal for stretching a wide range of screen frame sizes used in textile, graphic, industrial, and specialty printing applications. It is compatible with plastisol, water-based, UV, solvent-based, and specialty screen printing inks.
