Ultra-high mesh count yellow polyester screen printing mesh engineered for exceptional stencil definition, fine detail reproduction, and precision printing of halftones, process colors, and specialty graphics.

Characteristics

The Mesh LFM 380/32 Yellow 62" is a premium lightweight polyester screen printing mesh designed for printers who require maximum image resolution and exceptional print consistency. Manufactured with precision woven monofilament polyester threads, this ultra-high mesh count fabric provides outstanding dimensional stability, controlled ink flow, and superior stencil support for demanding screen printing applications.

Featuring a 380 threads per inch (32 threads/cm) weave, this mesh is ideal for extremely fine detail, high-line-count halftones, four-color process printing, simulated process printing, UV graphics, electronics, decals, and other applications where precise ink control is essential. The fine thread diameter allows for excellent stencil definition while minimizing sawtoothing and improving edge sharpness on intricate artwork.

The yellow mesh color reduces light scattering during exposure, producing sharper stencil edges and more accurate image reproduction than white mesh. This results in improved exposure latitude, cleaner detail, and more consistent registration on fine-line artwork and high-resolution graphics.

With a 62-inch roll width, the LFM 380/32 mesh is suitable for stretching a wide variety of screen frame sizes used in textile, graphic, industrial, and specialty printing. Its durable polyester construction provides excellent tension retention, solvent resistance, and long service life through repeated reclaiming cycles.

Designed for professional screen printing shops, the Mesh LFM 380/32 Yellow 62" delivers the precision, consistency, and durability required for today's most demanding printing applications.

Usage Tips
  • Use this ultra-high mesh count for process printing, fine halftones, micro text, and detailed line work where minimal ink deposit is required.
  • Yellow mesh provides improved stencil edge definition by reducing light scatter during exposure, making it ideal for high-resolution artwork.
  • Apply thin, even emulsion coats to maintain maximum stencil detail and preserve fine mesh openings.
  • Use properly sharpened, harder durometer squeegees with light, consistent pressure to optimize ink transfer through the fine mesh.
  • Maintain proper screen tension to ensure accurate registration and consistent print quality throughout production.
  • Thoroughly clean and reclaim the mesh after each production run using mesh-safe reclaim chemicals to maximize screen life.
  • Store mesh rolls in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture to preserve material stability.
